PCP and PCH address change

PCH, PCP changed address see below

Can anyone confirm this address actually exists?
Hope it is not like TWOD address .
I think SEC/CSE need to have someone dedicated to confirm/ clarify / investigate news released by companies or groups who are in controversy or in trouble.
Else later share sholder can find there is no office or people to respond like in TWOD case.

People this is not good news for PCH. Time to be more careful now.
HNB acquires PC House premises at Kollupitiya:
The Hatton National Bank has acquired the registered premises of financially troubled PC House PLC situated at Kollupitiya in Colombo 3.
Hatton National Bank PLC acquired and took over the entire premises at No. 451, Galle Road, Colombo 3 under a parate execution.

Suitable for Another Case study I guess.
