EOD Data for last TWO years !! Empty EOD Data for last TWO years !!

Dear All ,

It would be great if you could kindly let me know if theres a possibility to get the EOD data for the last two years (for all tickers) in XLS / CSV format.

* NO I cannot get the data from DFN as I'm using the web based interface (I'm on Linux) :-(

If I remember correctly there was a method to grab the data from DFN TWS but don't recall the exact way Sad

Maybe @smallville might be able to help.

Ahh.. after a long time..

Mine is not completed yet.. Didnt update for abt 2 weeks..

Lets see whether Leon can do the honors.

So, how about considering a dual boot with windows?

Anyway, Regarding DFN, I saw an 'history export' option under downloads.

Alternatively, all history data are stored in the PC at
x:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\DirectFN\DirectFN xxxx\Cache\History
(I have Win 7)

However, never needed to extract any EOD data; so never tried it out myself.

Thanks to the link given by Yaka , I managed to get the EOD data since the initiation of this post and also managed to gather data since 11-2015 .

Can anyone share a DB dump containing everything (at least for the last two years). It's VERY painful to gather the files one by one for 3 or 4 years manually...
