Nestle factory is in complete shut down due to finding Salmonella in their pipes.
Avoid using/giving their locally produced food items until the situation is under control.
(Nestle is silence about the outbreak and they have called in experts who have gone on retirement even now).

Is this referring to their Sri Lanka factory or International?

Their only factory in Sri Lanka situated in Pannala.

NEST factory in Pannala still remains closed.
After their own lab's inconclusive findings, the strain has been sent to Malaysia for further tests and confirmation.
The Lab Reports are expected tomorrow.
Their Magi Coconut powder too may have been contaminated but the company has no intention of recalling the batch.
They are bidding time and hoping the problem will disappear as it appeared.
