Ultimately they get 2.6 billion money. What will happen, ASIR is already on track to open its KANDY hospital in 2017. Will the investors get a special dividend or some other acquisition.

In history it happens. When AMSL got a capital gain they gave a very good dividend of Rs1.56/share in March this year for 13/14 FY.
Hence we can expect a good dividend here as well since close to 50% of the ASIR is owned by Softlogic group companies run by Mr.Ashok Pathirage.

Large foreign buying was observed in ASIR during last week as well.This has become a foreign favorite counter since last couple of weeks.The second largest share holder of ASIR presently is the commonwealth development corporation or Actis is an emerging market private equity group - a fund set by Britain.

This Actis investment group is specialized in investing health care related businesses and few other sectors like Energy, Consumer products exclusively in emerging markets. They have investments in health care sector in India as well.
Actis fund managers identify the potential of ASIR group way back in 2012. I guess they are on a massive unrealized gain within a short period of time.
ASIR board will benefit from the expertise that possess this global giant specialized in healthcare sector

ASIR share price is yet to react to the massive land deal. Hit intra day high of Rs24 and closed at Rs23.70

Like in CFVF,CSEC, Market respond little later to the news, I think this event may not be appear in the immediate quarterly report, but in the DEC -2014

Why ASIR gets a little attraction is due to ppl stuck their cash in hot stocks like CFVF, CSEC.. Movements of these take JINS to new levels also.
I Sold everything and bought back JINS (but it went down after that LOL) n CFVF just on speculation grounds.
But I feel that ASIR is goin on a silent run.. Will be in 30s without us noticing it if goes like this.. We all are busy with hot stocks

It is supported.. but this run is like the BFL run we had in 2011
So it has heated too much and needed a small retrace..No wonder this will run again when the guys hear the divi is coming.

ASIR is a real growth stock, considering its core business, this sector has a growth potential probably more than the tourism sector. Unbelievable capital gain they get from the land sale is an aditional bonus. These factors have led to foreiegners to rush into this stock.

ASIR has to break 24 for the next journey.. If it cannot break 24, 22.90 is the fib 23.6% support.

As per the below report posted by RB P/E is 23 and the sector P/E is 17 is this over valued?? or the foreigners know something we don't know?
