Actually this is a really good chance to collect such a valuable share at this level. Now bottom is already cleared for SAMP.N0000 and the way it's going up is very much strong... In all previous instances whenever market was so low foreigners were the ones who snap up big quantities from the market with cheap prices and one or two years later our local fellows jump in at which point foreigners sold out with hefty profits. Here foreigners are selling at deep discounts may be due to they are of the view that next year or two will be extremely bad here and locals are thinking now we are at the bottom. Its too early to say which party is correct but in all previous instances foreigners proved to be correct in their timing of in and out.

( if you are a true investor who can hold incase something goes further south)
At 112/ with dividend is better than at 100/ without.
