East West Properties is an good example to find how companies which are not sound in Fundamentals but out performed market based on News, Manipulations and TAs.

Company was listed in main board of the CSE since 1983.No dividend was declared after 2011.

Company is into real estate and development business, owns 5 acre land in Peliyagoda wih 75000 sq ft warehouse. Weligama Hotel Properties LTD is a subsidiary of the company with collaboration of Marriott Hotel chain. East West Ready Mix is handling the concrete mixture business.

Peoples Media Network which is also a subsidiary handles transmitting sites in Colombo, Hunnasgiriya, Karagahatenna, Nayabedda and Gongala.

Foreigners have become net buyers of EAST WEST yesterday. Foreign Holding of the share increased by 1,630,500 shares.

East West appears in the Watch List of CSE and the total number of shares traded were 3,810,021.
