The key takeaway would be when the volume goes down the cost of sales going down and when the prices have increased then it will directly improve the gross profit margin of the companies.
In conclusion we can expect the plantation sector (mainly tea) to record growth in revenue in Q1 18 YoY and gross profit increasing YoY. If the operating costs were managed similar to last quarter then good plantations should record good growth in earnings in Q1 18 YoY.
My key hopes are TPL, MAL, MASK, LDEV, KVAL, UDPL, HPL & ELPL.
