Today fell to attractive level closing 18.8. RSI entered into oversold region. Better to keep an eye on it. You may have trading opportunity their at the slightest hint of market recovery.

AEL last quarter result is better than expected. Revenue drop of 44% is seen however profit drop is only about 19%. They ended the year with an EPS of 1.5. Today stock price was active and closed above 15/- after some time. It seems a gradual build up of interest on the stock.

quarter results be like ?

For most  companies, March was/will be the least affected quarter
as things only got bad late into march ( and curfew started)

Access Engineering building Sri Lanka’s largest warehouse for entrepot trade

ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s Access Engineering said it is building the largest warehouse in the country for a solid tire company, though construction was hit in early 2020, with a Coronavirus curfews.

“On the exports logistics where we currently building the biggest ware house facility for Camso Loadstar,” Access Engineering, Managing Director, Christopher Joshua told in an online forum of Sri Lanka’s Echelon Magazine in May.

Currently five sectors operate under Access Engineering.Engineering, Real Estate, Property Development, Auto Mobile and Export Support Logistics.

“We have already commenced it and we progressed up to about 30 percent of the work and we are supposed to complete it by January 2021.” Joshua said.

Joshua said because of the situation in Sri Lanka the construction has slowed.
Though the delay was out of control of the company, the firm was keen to complete it, he said.

“If we don’t complete the project, we don’t get the rental income,” he said.

“This is a 10-year lease rental and its income will be in dollars. Foreign currency which the country is in desperate need right now.

“We have all the right to delay the constructions but that is not going to help us with the rental.

“That is a challenge because one it is supporting a huge exports business. It will be the biggest interpret trade in the country once it is completed.” (Colombo/ May31/2020)

A good momentum is building up. The share has managed to pass 16/- mark with good volumes. Another trending stock alongside TKYO.

A nice, bullish trending weekly chart hinting possible further price increases. However I am yet to see relatively higher volumes like what we have seen in November last year when the share price hit 24 levels. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

18/- should be the resistance and if breaks with good volumes can expect a run towards 20/- I feel.

AEL has established base over 20/- now. One good strategy would be to buy below 23 and sell above 25 in the short term. Waiting for a trading set up from Hunter.

AEL still strugglin at the same 24 top.. Volume push up is needed now. Falling below 23 means outlook is negative.
