Can any one help this Gentleman
I was adopted from the childcare: Singithi Medura Childrens Home, Mt Lavinia.
My birth mothers name is: Kamburuwala Vithnage Hemalatha (in 1984)
Adress at that time: C/O Kumara Stores, Maha Kaluphana
Date of birth: 19.12.1958
She is Singhalese and her religion is Buddhist.
The information I have written down comes from my adoption papers signed and printed by: The Mount Lavinia Friendship Society
Office: no:7, Mallikarama Road, tel: 716189
I'm landing in Sri Lanka tonight and after waiting to hear back from the Swedish embassy I'm now contacting you. Any help would be so appreciated and I'm forever thankful if you could help me find any information in this case.
Thank you so much for your help and please stay in touch! I'll be reachable on this email (svenssonkenny@yahoo.se). Then I'm leaving to go to Ahngama later tomorrow afternoon and will be traveling around the south coast of Sri Lanka and if you guys find any information that can help me find my birth mother I will leave directly to wherever she is. It's been 31 years so I understand the difficulties in finding her but I'm holding my fingers crossed and pray for a miracle that she is alive and in Sri Lanka.
(in English so copy can be send to Swedens embassy in Colombo if needed)
Sincerely yours/ Kenny Svensson

Re: Can any one help this Gentleman
( I think those who have FB accunts should post this on their walls hoping someone will eventually respond.
Recently I met an English gentleman on a mo-bike at Tangalla, going around the south coast looking for a family who helped him when he met with an accident on the road and left to die there 9 years ago.The family has taken him to the nearby hospital and from there was transferred to Anuradhapura base hospital. His life was saveed after a lengthy operation and the poor family has even visited him at the base hospital when he was recovering. He could not established contacts then when they visited him because he was on sedative drip and vaguely remembers some people on the side of his sick bed. I hope he succeeded).
