Sri Lanka to call offers private investment for state hotels, hospital shortly
Addressing chief executives of Indian businesses Prime Minister Wickremesinghe said offers will be invited from investors to owning companies of Colombo Hilton, the planned Hyatt Hotel and Lanka Hospitals, which is already a listed company.
Lanka Hospitals and Hyatt are controlled by state-run Sri Lankan Insurance Corporation.
Last week Sri Lanka invited expressions of interest for loss-making SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka.
