ඉතා කෙටි කාලයක් තුළදී රිචඩ් පීරිස් පීඑල්සී (RICHARD PIERIS AND COMPANY PLC) ආයතනයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂවරු ත්‍රිත්වයක් ඉල්ලා අස්වීම කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළ තුළ කතාබහට ලක්ව ඇතැයි ශ්‍රී ලංකා මිරර් වෙත වාර්තා වේ.
එම ආයතනයේ පැරණිම අධ්‍යකෂවරයකු වූ ලක්ෂමන් ආර්. වටවල මහතා ද පසුගියදා අගෝස්තු 24 වැනිදා එම ආයතනයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලයෙන් ඉවත් විය.
එසේම, ආචාර්ය අනුර ඒකනායක මහතා පසුගිය ජූලි 11 වැනිදාත්, කපිල ගුණසේකර මහතා පසුගිය ජූලි 19 වැනිදාත් රිචඩ් පීරිස් පීඑල්සී (RICHARD PIERIS AND COMPANY PLC) ආයතනයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලයෙන් ඉවත් වූහ.
රිචඩ් පීරිස් පීඑල්සී (RICHARD PIERIS AND COMPANY PLC) ආයතනය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළ විසින් පරික්ෂණයක් පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු යෙදීම හේතුවෙන් මොවුන් ඉවත් වූ බවටද මේ අතර රාවයක් පවතී.
ශ්‍රී ලංකා මිරර් වෙත වාර්තාවන්නේ එම සමාගමේ කොටස් වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් හිමි අධ්‍යක්ෂවරයකු අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල රැස්වීම්වලට සහභාගිවන්නේද ස්කයිප් තාක්ෂණය හරහා බවයි.
The Colombo share market is paying attention to the resignation of three directors of Richard Pieris and Co. Plc. within a short period, according to reports reaching Sri Lanka Mirror.
One of the oldest serving directors, Lakshman R. Watawala, left the director board on August 24.
He was preceded by Dr. Anura Ekanayake on July 11 and Kapila Gunasekara on July 19.
Rumours are making rounds that they had resigned due to the share market’s decision to investigate the company.
Reports also say one of the majority shareholders of Richard Peiris does not attend director board meetings in person, but joins them through skype technology.

Aren't there any other good shares to collect below 8?
