Union Bank gets new outlook, gearing for a new phase of growth

What happend to TPG asia deal of UBC. According to the last few reports, this report is can not be good.
I have some shars at 24.50...
Anyone know about the TGP deal or MERGING deals?
Because company not doing well and i need to sell my shares.

There is lot of talk of this these days but when the action will happen we don't know. Yes UBC earning are still very weak. We cannot expect a lot from them this quarter or the next or the next.

If you need to sell , wait for the next share movement to dispose. Right now all holder are expecting some news it seems but when is the question.

The recent significant investment and backing of global investment giant TPG, now places Union Bank amongst the top five private commercial banks in Sri Lanka in terms of market capitalisation.
