Dialog Broadband Network’s Internet Data Centre (IDC) received ISO27001 Certification - (ISO 27001:2013), becoming the first and only Sri Lankan service provider to receive this prestigious accreditation.
The certification underpins Dialog’s commitment to ensuring best-in-class information security practices for data center services to its wide clientele and the certification governs all three IDCs for projects, operations and service delivery.
Dialog Data Centres are designed to provide tailor-made hosting services to the country’s top enterprises from the finance, manufacturing and diversified sectors demanding the highest level of data security and the latest certification strengthens Dialog’s position as a leading data center service provider in the region.
“We are constantly committed to excellence and efficiency, and to provide our customers with bets-in-class solutions,” said Azwan Khan, Group Chief Operating Officer of Dialog Axiata PLC. “We are proud to be the first to upgrade to the ISO27001 Certification (ISO 27001:2013) which further affirms our commitment, and to have effected this transition in such a short space of time,” he added.
Dialog Broadband Networks offers a number of products and service to the local and international markets through its well designed and operated Internet Data Centres. The Dialog IDC first received ISO 27001 Certification (ISO 27001:2005) in 2007 and has maintained the standard continuously through regular audits.
