People are waiting to see year end results and do not expect big +ve impact due to drought prevailed for last few months .
I think, due to appearing of el-nino talks, no one is bullish at the moment to collect for next 2-3 qtrs. Sometimes this sector may give unexpected profits to shareholders if rain gods defeat el-nino during coming months.
