I think Kithsiri is holding still 
I also collected some around 25-26 after seeing rates are dropping.
Now everywhere it's being promoted

CFVF is a very good share to keep in a portfolio at a time like this with falling rates.But their business is cyclical and has inherent risks to the sector.
It has potential to move further up.I also have considerable amount collected at 25-26 range.More it move more I profit,
BUT,
Whatever earn should come with a decent manner,I see SLS also address this many times.I thought to give a red flag on this share,
A group of people stuck in BFN has shed their holding during last few days and collected CFVF around 35,Now they are trying to push it up by using all forums.Fancy charts and numbers would follow.Be mindful friends,don't get in to traps.

I think its more than the rate decrease happened. Now its moving more towards manipulation. Better to play safe.

As lot of rumours here and there, thought to post a CFVF chart targetting ST- MT play as far as I know about Technicals
I avoided LT chart published here which shows more higher target than this and if so I may be labelled as Promoter some time.
So I will focus on weekly chart first and will consider monthy chart later
Based on weekly Time frame only
You should correlate with your RELEVANT INDICATORS as well

38-40 has a heavy resistance,can expect higher selling pressure.
To break the resistance need a good push either a dividend or a good quarter report.

We have noted unusual trading in the shares
of the Company on24th July 2019 and been further informed that there is market speculation of a possible acquisition of First Capital Holdings PLC
("the Company").
The Board of Directors of Dunamis Capital PLC, as the controlling shareholder
of First Capital Holdings PLC, wish to statethat it is engaged in the preliminary
stages of exclusive discussions with a prospective investor for an investment
in shares of the Company.
However, the Board wishes to strongly emphasize that the discussions are at
a preliminary stage. Any final decision to proceed with the transaction will be
subject to several conditions. These include, the prospective investor
completing a satisfactory due diligence; obtaining corporate aprovals; and, being able to arrange financing for the purchase.
Hence, and particularly in view of the uncertainty of the third condition, the
disclosure of any information would have been premature.
The Board will keep shareholders and the public informed of any developments
if there is any substantial progress to the discussions.
