LIOC is a share, that can be heavily influence on Government stand on fuel prices . When this share was trading at Rs 20 , I did mention else where it if break Rs 22 there will be good times. Some people called this a dead share and no one was interested
when it was trading less than Rs 20.
When LIOC went to Rs 42 in quick time in a big run, and when people got excited and started predicting it will hit massive numbers I did warn here in mid june (as the YYYY share) and since then it came down to about Rs 37.

In this bull market , if people held for 3 months since june , there would have a big opporunity cost till now.
Howver, yes, this is trading at okay BV, and very low PE. Bow that it hs broken Rs 45 there can be further upside. But I would not get carried away too much.
With elections coming up who know what Government will try to do as election propaganda. If there any chance of fuel reduction and electricity incentives? Be aware of all sides on LIOC.
